Account details you provide (name, email, mobile number, date of birth); KYC information for sellers and cash-outs (government ID, selfie, business documents); transaction and order data; wallet, top-up, and payout details; device and usage information; and messages you send to support.
3. How We Use Your Information
To create and secure your account; process orders, payments, top-ups, and cash-outs; verify identity and prevent fraud; operate games, auctions, swaps, and Live Arena; provide customer support; personalise your experience; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Payment & Financial Data
Card and QRPH payments and bank/e-wallet cash-outs are processed by our licensed payment partner. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We share only the information needed to complete a transaction, and we retain records required for accounting and regulatory purposes.
5. Sharing Your Information
We share information with sellers to fulfil your orders, with our payment and logistics partners to complete transactions, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information. Anthropic-style advertising is not part of this Platform.
6. Data Security & Retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your credentials.
7. Your Rights

8. Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
9. Children
ShopNPlay is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
