Terms of Service
Effective date: August 2026 · Please read these terms carefully before using ShopNPlay.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using ShopNPlay (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to buy, sell, or play on ShopNPlay.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Buying on ShopNPlay
Orders placed through Pay, Play, Bid, Swap, or Live Arena are subject to product availability and seller acceptance. Prices are shown in Philippine Peso (₱) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Sellers are responsible for the products they list.
4. Play-to-Win, Boss Points & Wallet
Play mechanics (win or unlock) are games of skill. Boss Points are a loyalty reward with no cash value except as redeemable at checkout at the stated rate. Wallet top-ups are processed by our licensed payment partner; cash-outs are disbursed to your nominated bank or e-wallet subject to identity verification (KYC) and anti-fraud checks. We may reverse credits obtained through error, fraud, or abuse.
5. Selling on ShopNPlay
Sellers must complete registration and pass KYC review before listing. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, lawful sale of your products, fulfilment, and compliance with tax and consumer-protection laws. Prohibited, counterfeit, or unsafe items are not allowed and may be removed.
6. Payments & Refunds
Payments are handled by our payment gateway partner. Refunds and returns follow the policy shown at checkout and on each order. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or wallet. Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in account action.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to manipulate games or auctions, using bots, scraping, reverse-engineering, infringing intellectual property, or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
8. Intellectual Property
The ShopNPlay name, logo, and platform content are owned by ShopNPlay or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Sellers grant us a license to display their listing content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
The Platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopNPlay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
10. Changes & Contact
